Her ability to manage the complexities of our large wedding party, coordinate the flow of events, and keep everyone on schedule was nothing short of ridiculously incredible. She was omnipresent, and at the same time unobtrusive - basically a guiding force ensuring that each piece of the puzzle fit perfectly into place.

"Working with Christina Thavis brought me peace of mind on my big day. As an event planner myself, it was hard for me to not want full control over my wedding day, but after a while it became clear I wasn't going to enjoy myself without bringing in a Day of Coordinator.

Christina handled my day with so much care! We had meetings leading up to the date where she asked all the right questions, shared excellent suggestions and worked closely with my siblings (who were my wedding party) so that I didn't have to problem solve on my wedding day. Everything went according to the timelines we had put in place - Christina managed all of my vendors, oversaw that catering/dinner service was running on time, coordinated speeches, dances, cake cutting, etc - and all went smoothly.
