Package Includes

• A personalized basecamp to keep track of all of your info.

• Design assistance and insights - helping you incorporate elements of yourselves and your story in the event!

• Designing physical spaces with flower and decor as well as designing invites, registration pages, paper materials, and other event content

• Sourcing and continuing to coordinate with up to 6 additional vendors (catering, entertainment, photographer and videographer, etc

• Regular video check-ins (every other week)

• Creating and maintaining timelines and floor plans

• Creating and managing a budget

• Collecting and managing vendor information (COIs, rental needs, contact info, vendor meals, etc.)

• In-person support at site visits, catering tasting, floral preview, and other meetings

• Assistance with guest communication (website, emails, etc.) and RSVP tracking

• Day of event:

  • Up to 12 hours of assistance with two planners/coordinators

  • Help with set-up/breakdown

  • Manage vendors

  • Coordinate ceremony, reception (dance, toasts, etc), and other event aspects

  • Assist guests

What sets VISTAH's approach to event management and coordination apart from other services is its emphasis on communication. Monthly email check-ins start once you sign and continue until 2 months before your wedding. Then your package kicks off! We'll schedule regular check-ins for every other week to stay on track. We think it's worth the upfront time in planning to make sure the day goes smoothly!
